The partners and press that look at us are not impressed by motion. They are impressed by what runs unattended for a quarter and ships clean releases.
We own what we ship
Every product carries our name. We design it, build it, and operate it ourselves. The members are ours, and so is the responsibility for their experience.
Senior people stay on the product
The people who write the first line of a product are the people running it years later. The work and the people who own it do not change underneath our members.
Privacy is a decision, not a policy
We design data minimisation into the product and into the cost model. The cheapest correct answer is almost always to hold less.
