Caviyard hires a small number of senior people each year. The cell holds tightly to the work and to the relationships. If that sounds right, we want to hear from you.

Hire slowly. Stay long.

Most of the team has been here for more than three years. The trade we make for that is being slower at the front end. Expect three rounds of conversation and a written exercise.

Senior by default

We do not run a junior tier. Every engineer holds a service in production and is on a rotation. We invest deeply in the people we hire rather than running a pyramid.

Quiet work

We do not expect after-hours messaging. We do expect serious focus during the day. The cell holds the kind of work that takes long stretches of quiet to do well.
