This website is intended for adults. Our products are strictly for people aged eighteen years or older. By using a Caviyard product you represent that you are at least eighteen, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. We verify age and terminate the accounts of anyone found to be under eighteen, as described in our Safety page.

Caviyard, Inc. operates this site for informational purposes. The information on it is offered in good faith but it does not form a contract, a warranty, or a binding offer, and it may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caviyard, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site.
